Broeder Everardus

 

Inspired by the Heilige Bruurke (holy brother) Brother Everardus Witte from the Franciscian monastery in Megen, this velvet-soft easily drinkable tripel beer was developed. For fermentation one of the famous Belgian Trappist yeast strains is used. More info about Brother Everardus can be found here, in Dutch
