Platte Thijs
In cooperation with Rob de Boer from beershop ‘t Fust and Christiaan Mulder from Het Huis Verloren in the city of Hoorn this golden colored beer with a firm bitterness was developed. The beer is named after Platte Thijs, a legendary crook from Hoorn in the 16th century, whose nose was cut off when he was arrested (hence his nickname Platte Thijs – flat Thijs).
